GLOBAL Wins First ASEAN CG Scorecard Award, Reflecting Governance Excellence in the ASEAN Region

Siam Global House Public Company Limited (“GLOBAL”) has received the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs award from the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) assessment, recognizing it as one of the 250 listed companies in the ASEAN region acknowledged for good corporate governance, social and environmental responsibility, and a firm commitment to sustainable growth across the entire value chain.

The ASEAN CG Scorecard project assesses the corporate governance of listed companies in six ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam every two years. In 2024, a total of 569 listed companies participated, with only 250 passing the assessment.

This award reflects GLOBAL’s strong commitment to operating business under the principles of good governance with social and environmental responsibility for sustainable growth.
