Siam Global House Public Company Limited places great importance on efficient water management by continuously raising employee awareness of responsible water use through internal communication and ongoing training programs in water efficiency management.

The training program covers a wide range of topics, including the importance of water resources, efficient water use in daily operations, and the company’s water management processes. These include wastewater treatment to ensure compliance with applicable standards prior to discharge, as well as the reuse of treated water for internal purposes, such as watering plants, with the aim of promoting efficient water management programs and ensuring the optimal and sustainable use of water resources.

The Company provides easy-to-understand learning materials, along with pre-test and post-test assessments, to enable employees to effectively apply the knowledge gained in practice and to foster a culture of awareness and responsibility toward sustainable water use. The Company also encourages employee engagement in water-saving initiatives through open-ended questions and participatory activities designed to promote involvement and support the development of innovative approaches to water management within the organization. In 2025, a total of 7,868 employees participated in the training via the Skillhub platform.
